Foodplays: Ramadhan Buffet at Pullman Kuching
The biggest race in Malaysia is Malay (Muslim). Every Ninth month of Islam calendar, fellow Muslims in our country will need to go through a religious practice called "Puasa". Puasa is a practice of fasting daily from 5:00 a.m. to 6:40++p.m. for a month (time varies daily and different place). For me I can never imagine myself doing that because:
Traditional starter , lot's of them. If you don't control the portion, trying all of them would make you at least 1/3 full:
Lost worm taking photo of the two rows of main dish (indoor). In front, 4 kinds of salad for different taste buds.
Two rows of main dish (indoor) including spaghetti, fried noodle, squid, chicken, mix vegetable, beef and many more:
Bubur pedas, something you don't normally find off Ramadhan season:
There is also a chicken rice stall at the end of the food line:
More curry, murtabak and roti canai:
Satay and many kinds of Ikan Bakar:
The Long food stretch:
The dessert prepared for the food tasting session has a huge variety. But we did not managed to try them all because it was finished by other guests before we can get our hands on them. Guessed it was nice...
We did try on many variety of Malay kueh on that night:

Me: 12 hours without food
Each year, hotels and restaurants in Malaysia would held Ramadhan buffet for open fast. As a nation of food and food lovers, of course all of the races would go for Ramadhan food fair or buffet to try Malay foods.
We were invited by Pullman hotel Kuching on 16 June to taste their Ramadhan buffet. On the same day there were also many invited guests who gets to taste the Ramadhan buffet before it is available to the public. There was a surprise candle light ritual for the guest at that night too...
Right after the ritual, the invited guests could wait to rush into the restaurant to grab something to eat... too hungry?
the girl on right was female flash?

But I would not recommend taking too much on the indoor as you might want to save the stomach for the outdoor area. There is a long stretch of food available on the outdoor area.
