Perspective...

He is sad, he is happy, he is serious.

Same piece of picture, from different point of view could get different conclusion (or feeling). Very often we judge others using our own desire set of values and morals (which are often as a rightful support of our action)

Often, we stereotype things and give conclusion before we try to understand the situation neutrally.
